Try taking a quiz to see how this works. You, as a manager, are not expected to know the correct answers. Do not worry about right answers. See what it does.
This Training Program Consists of two parts:
1) Training 2) A Quiz
On the menu at left you will find a list of training modules. These modules happen to be from the Department of Transportation. They can be from any public source. You would choose what modules would be available to your employees.
When an employee views a module, the training module is called forth directly from the agency. If the agency updates a lesson, employees get the latest. What DocuQuiz provides is the live quizzes. Select a module.
You may not be interested in the subject matter of the quizzes presented on the menu of this page, but go ahead and select one. Just check a few check boxes and add your name so you can see the full outcome. Put in an email address to receive a copy in your own mailbox, as a page of yours would if you subscribe.
Selecting a quiz opens two windows, one for the training module and one for the quiz. The first window visible will be the training module. The quiz appears in a window behind it. This is what automatically goes to the person in charge of training in the form of an email. That email becomes the record of the quiz. An employee would include his or her email address to receive a copy. You can do the same.
The employee is motivated to identify themselves and press the "submit" button to get credit for the training. They may need this credit to continue their work.
The results of the quiz will appear immediately, once submitted. A copy of the results can be received by employees by entering their email address at the bottom of the form, before submitting the quiz.
Note: The quiz your training department provides should be the same as the quiz from the agency presenting the module. If it is not, please notify your personnel coodinator immediately so that the company quiz can be updated.
